Honaker Farms Subdivision
Civil Contracting, LLC is proud to contribute to the development of Honaker Farm, a new residential community in Selma, North Carolina. This subdivision features 46 lots distributed across three streets, offering a blend of modern living and convenient access to major roadways.
Our comprehensive scope of work encompasses land clearing, grubbing, erosion control measures, mass grading, water service installations, and the construction of asphalt roadways. These foundational services are essential in preparing the site for the ongoing construction of new homes.

Caliber Collision
Civil Contracting, LLC recently completed a comprehensive site development project for Caliber Collision in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Our scope of work included precision grading, erosion control, utility installation, and the construction of a durable asphalt parking lot. These services were integral in preparing the site for full operational functionality, ensuring a seamless transition from construction to business readiness.
Sri Venkateswara Religious Hall
As the epicenter of Cary's Hindu religious activity, the Sri Venkateswara Temple of Cary is home to the tallest Rajagaporum structure in North America. As our largest project to date, we are proud to be performing a complete overhaul of the existing site with turnkey site grading, new utilities, concrete, and paving.
Grabtown Road Subdivision
Welcome to the Grabtown Road Subdivision project, an exciting new development featuring 78 lots spread across 7 streets. The scope includes clearing, grubbing, erosion control, mass grading, water services, and asphalt roadways in preparation for the homes soon to be built for its future residents. American Plumbing
American Plumbing is a recent project that began as a cleared site in need of some refreshing. The project evolved into exporting 30,000 cubic yards of dirt, expanding the existing employee parking, and adding erosion control measures.
Savanna Oaks Subdivision
The Savanna Oaks Subdivision project, located in Johnston County, boasting 38 lots for future homeowners. This project is particularly significant as it was the first project undertaken by Civil Contracting, showing our commitment to quality work right in our back yard.
