This thoughtfully planned community — featuring homes priced in the low-to-mid $200,000s — offers a blend of modern living and neighborhood amenities like sidewalks, a tot lot, and even pickleball courts.

While Avery Chase is marketed with up to 66 homesites overall, our portion serves phase two, a subdivision of 31 lots across two streets — integrating seamlessly into the community vision.

Our scope of work included erosion control measures, mass grading, water service installations, and the construction of asphalt roadways. These foundational efforts set the stage for Smith Douglas Homes’ ongoing home construction and allow the community to take shape efficiently and with stability.
